Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time
  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 3–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-demand periods.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout

  • Any applicable taxes or fees are displayed before order confirmation

Tracking Information

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order ships

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier

  • Replacement or refunds for lost packages are handled on a case-by-case basis

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photo or video evidence

We will review the issue and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipping, it cannot be canceled.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • The item is returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

  • Used or damaged items (unless defective upon arrival)

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care or hygiene items once opened (for safety reasons)

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or video of the issue

Once verified, we will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
